When working with a buyer I find out where they want to live, what are their needs and desires, what is the budget we are working with and then again it goes back to education. We look at all the available properties in the area that fit their needs, we look at all of the recent comparable sales and then we view as many houses as it takes until the buyer feels comfortable knowing what properties are worth in that particular area that match the criteria they have set. Now we are ready to buy.
Selling a property
When I work with a seller the first thing I say to them isthat they are the owner of the property and they have to decide what price they wantfor it, but if I am doing my job properly they will have all the information needed to make good decisions. Great job negotiating the best price
Curtis did a great job negotiating the best price for our dream home. The asking price was $899,000 and we were willing to pay up to $850,000, two days later Curtis called us and said $850,000 wasnt going to work, how does $830,000 sound? We wanted to just offer 850 until he asked if he could negotiate the deal for us, we saved $20,000 and highly reccomend Curtis.

Could not Have Been Happier
When we told Curtis we wanted to list our house for $400,000 he said it was worth more and advised us to price the property at $425,000 and said it could be more. He had 18 calls the first day and received a full price offer from a buyer he was working with and we wanted to accept the offer. He said to us that he thinks we are going to get a higher offer with the strong turnout we had. We sold the house for $440,000 and couldn’t have been happier.
